Move into our brand-new SDA homes and receive a $5,000 Move-In Package or -choose 10 weeks’ free rent instead.*

1. Offer Availability
This offer is not redeemable for cash and is only available to eligible customers moving into Shift Accessible Homes’ SDA developments at 15 Bitton Street, Hamilton Hill or 51 Saw Avenue, Rockingham before 31 December 2025, subject to availability.

2. Package Inclusions
a) A Move-In Package valued up to $5,000 (including GST) for the purchase of personal items for use exclusively in the customer’s bedroom or private ensuite; or
b) 10 weeks’ free rent, applied against the customer's Residential Tenancy Agreement
Once selected and confirmed in writing, the chosen offer cannot be changed.

3. Eligible Items
a) All items must be reasonable, practical, and related to furnishing or setting up the room or ensuite. Examples may include:
• Bed and mattress
• Side table or small dresser
• Bed linen or towels
• Lamps or lighting
• Storage solutions
• Shower chairs or adaptive bathroom items
• Curtains or blinds
• Small personal appliances (e.g., fan, clock, TV under a specified value)
b) Items that will not be approved include:
• Alcohol, tobacco, or food
• Cash vouchers, gift cards, or prepaid cards
• Medication or consumables

4. Approval Process
Customers must submit a list of requested items for approval before any purchases are made. All items must be approved in writing by Rocky Bay / Shift Accessible Homes.

5. Procurement (Applies only to the Move-In Package selected)
Approved items will be purchased directly by Rocky Bay / Shift Accessible Homes on the customer's behalf. No reimbursements will be made for self-purchased items.

6. Ownership and Use (Applies only to Move-In Package selected)
All items purchased under this offer:
• Remain the property of Rocky Bay / Shift Accessible Homes
• Are intended exclusively for the customer’s use during their tenancy
• Must remain onsite if the customer vacates the property
• Must not be sold, gifted, or transferred
• Must be returned to Rocky Bay / Shift Accessible Homes upon termination of the Residential Tenancy Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Rocky Bay / Shift Accessible Homes

7. Eligibility Criteria
a) Customers must be approved SDA participants with a valid NDIS plan
b) The customer must have signed a RESIDENTIAL TENANCY AGREEMENT (or equivalent) for 15 Bitton Street or 51 Saw Avenue prior to the 31 December 2025 deadline
c) Only one $5,000 Move-In Package is available per eligible customer or 10 weeks’ free rent (not per household or family)
The offer is not available per household or family.

8. Limited-Time & Availability
This offer is limited and subject to availability. Customers may select only one of the two available options. Rocky Bay / Shift Accessible Homes reserves the right to end or amend this promotion at any time without notice once the funding cap or time limit is reached.

9. Other Conditions
• The offer is not transferable
• Any unused portion of the $5,000 package is forfeited and cannot be rolled over or exchanged for cash
• Inappropriate or abusive conduct related to the program may result in withdrawal of the offer
• Decisions regarding eligibility, item approval, or offer withdrawal are final

10. End-of-Life Items
Items provided under this promotion are considered one-off support to assist with initial move-in and setup. Rocky Bay / Shift Accessible Homes are not responsible for maintaining, repairing, or replacing any items once they reach the end of their usable life.

11. Promotional Discretion
Rocky Bay / Shift Accessible Homes reserves the right to offer promotions at its discretion. Eligibility for this promotion does not entitle the customer to future or retrospective offers unless expressly communicated in writing by Rocky Bay / Shift Accessible Homes.
